Can you always be Perfect?
Is there a common Universal definition of what does Being Perfect mean?
What is your definition of Being Perfect?
Is it same for everyone else?
The need to be perfect slowly kills us from Inside
We see other person, compare ourselves and decide where we belong-
‘Better than’ or ‘inferior than’ category
And the confiict and self judgements and self abuse starts the moment we put ‘inferior than’ category
Sometimes ‘Always trying to be perfect’ gets us no where and we spend our whole life to create a better version of us based on the comparisons we do
And in the process, we forget to enjoy the beauty and brilliance we are that we have never allowed ourselves to see.
The Judgements when we wear them on our Body, do we look beautiful or is it that we wear an expensive dress and footwear but we still dont feel beautiful?
Thats what self judgements- makes us feel shit about us
The thing to acknowledge is we are living in a World where almost everyone is running in a race.
Every person is trying to look good, earn good, be good, live luxurious…. Its good… it Works..
Problems start when we start to become unkind to us to be part of this race and abuse ourselves to become better
What are we resisting?
Judgements of others.
Fear of rejection
If I wont earn enough, this world will judge me
If I dont look good, this world will judge me
If I dont get married, world will think there is a problem with me.
If I dont do what this world says, I will get rejected
Sometimes the questions to ask are-
Who am I living for?
Did I come on this planet to please people?
Did I come on this planet to live in resistance?
Did I come on this planet to fulfill others people’s expectations
of me?
If yes, ok good
If no, question yourself- Why am I doing what I am doing?
Because it makes me happy or because it make others happy?
Question Everything
